Niemann Pick disease

My friend Carl and Emma had very handsome boy,called calum, was diagnosed with Niemann-Pick disease,the disease is an inherited disorder which prevents the body breaking down and storing certain types of fat. These fats then accumulate in areas such as the liver and brain where they cause severe and permanent damage. 85% of children with type A Niemann-Pick disease will not survive past the age of two years and will suffer brain damage, difficulty walking and talking, loss of muscle tone and severe learning difficulties. There are currently some clinical trials taking place which involve stem cell transplants but as of yet this devastating and terminal disease has no specific treatment or cure.

I have decided to raise some money for Calum and for Niemann pick Disease group, I will be riding my motorbike to syria and Jordan, when I have never been out side the UK on my bike since i passed my test late last year, but I consider myself experianced rider, as i have ridden to Southport and when my skills improved i decided to go to manchester.

Jerry can ready, tent and sleeping bag, oil level checked,but any one knows how to change tyers.
